About Me

I’ve been a career real estate agent on The Grand Strand since 1985. Over 2000 closed transactions - condos, houses, lots and the occasional commercial property. My Beach Pro Team provides excellent representation for buyers and sellers of all types of real estate (with special focuses on oceanfront and resort condos, new construction and luxury homes). My personal specialty has always been the sale of second homes and vacation rental properties on the ocean, waterway and golf course. Over 250 sales of this type in the past 5 years. Selling these properties requires a different blend of experience, technology, market research and communication skills than selling primary residences. I also owned and operated my own real estate company for 18 years, all the while remaining a top-ranking sales agent. The company managed annual and vacation rentals in addition to selling real estate. The breadth of my experience enables me to provide my clients with insights that few agents can match. This background has provided me with a unique skill set of knowledge and resources that benefit my clients in each of their real estate transactions. It helps that I also love meeting and working with people and I enjoy teaming up with my clients to help them achieve their goals - whether it's finding that perfect property to purchase or selling at the highest price the market will support.
